- Check-in by appointment between 17:00 and 19:00
- Check-out by 10:00 am
- Smoking is not allowed
- Pets are not allowed
- No parties can be organized
- Do not disturb between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am
- Credit cards accepted: Visa and Mastercard
- Languages spoken: Italian, French, English
